Bay Area Medical Academy Graduation Ceremony 2016-2017

Everyone is in caps and gowns. The venue for the Bay Area Medical Academy  graduation ceremony 2016-2017 was the picturesque Little Marina Green in San Francisco, with the Golden Gate Bridge and the Palace of Fine Arts Theater providing scenic backdrop.

While the sun may have played hide and seek that day, smiles were permanent fixtures on the BAMA medical assistant and pharmacy technician graduates who put on their BAMA-blue caps and gowns to celebrate becoming the Bay Area’s next wave of talented healthcare professionals.

Simondia Cvejic, B A M A  founder and C E O, delivering the commencement speechAfter plenty of photo opportunities, the ceremony began with Simondia Cvejic, BAMA  founder and CEO, delivering the commencement speech, followed by inspiring graduate speeches from Annie Yu, Pharmacy Technician Graduate, Niesha Bing, Medical Assistant Graduate, and Amy Li, Medical Assistant Graduate.

With proud family and friends looking on, it was then the moment graduates had been waiting for – collecting their school diplomas. Greeting graduates on the stage, were Simonida Cvejic, Linda Madsen, Pharmacy Technician Instructor, Angela Earby, Medical Assistant Instructor, Dr. Israel, Medical Assistant Instructor, and Brandie Fulford, Phlebotomy Instructor.

Once the diplomas were handed out, graduates, family and friends, and BAMA staff got together to enjoy the rest of the day over light refreshments.

It was a day to remember.

So congratulations to Bay Area Medical Academy’s class of 2016-2017, many of whom we are pleased to say are already achieving great things working at hospitals, doctor’s offices, clinics, and other healthcare facilities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, or well on their way to doing so. The hard work and commitment they showed during their time at BAMA is paying off.
