These terms and conditions are intended to ensure that we can continue to provide the highest level of customer service and course availability to all of our clients. If you have any questions, please give us a call at (415) 217-0077 or email info@bamasf.com.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or do not attend the class you have registered for, you will forfeit your entire course fee. We do not give refunds for CPR course fees.
Reschedule Policy
All rescheduling requests have to be made in writing. You may reschedule your course by e-mailing us at info@bamasf.com at least 2 business days before your scheduled class date. You will be charged a rescheduling fee of $10. If you provide less than 2 business days notice of your class date change, the charge will be 50% of the total tuition paid. You may only reschedule once and the rescheduled date must not be more than 30 days after your original class date. If you do not attend the rescheduled class or cancel, you will forfeit your entire course fee. No refunds will be issued. Our Administrative Offices are open 7 days a week and rescheduling requests are accepted any time.
Late Arrival
Our classes start on time. If you are late for your scheduled class, you will be turned away and asked to reschedule. Please plan your trip accordingly. We recommend coming to Bay Area Medical Academy by BART. We are conveniently located next to the Powell Street BART station. Parking in Downtown San Francisco is limited to Metered Street Parking and Garage Parking.
